Spill is a weekly after school group designed for teens ages 12–15. The sessions will be from 3:30 pm – 5:15 pm. The goal is to build self-awareness, develop resilience, and gain education on healthy relationships in a supportive, engaging, and fun environment for teens. We believe that spreading awareness and teaching emotional regulation is crime prevention. The program combines discussion, mindfulness, creativity, and social connection to foster personal growth and emotional well-being. All sessions are free. All Quincy students are welcome!
